Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and confirm your item's eligibility.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your items in their original factory packaging with all protective inserts to prevent damage during the return transit.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For small parcels, use the provided prepaid label; for oversized furniture, our logistics team will coordinate a professional white-glove pickup from your residence.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
